Our Story
At New Age Homes Co., our story didn't begin with a business plan—it began with a passion for creating something better.
What started as Saturday morning trips to Lowe's for "weekend warrior" projects quickly became something much bigger. With every project we completed, our confidence grew, and so did our love for construction. Before long, we purchased our first complete home renovation—a true down-to-the-studs remodel. That project ignited a passion that continues to drive us today.
At the time, Daniel owned and operated a successful IT company while Kimberly worked as an HR manager for a local medical organization. Neither of us imagined those careers would eventually lead to building homes and helping families create spaces they'll love for generations.
In 2018, Daniel earned his real estate license, combining his passion for construction with a lifelong interest in finding the perfect property—whether it was a family's forever home, a piece of land with endless possibilities, or an investment opportunity. After three years as an affiliate broker, he earned his broker's license and founded New Age Realty.
As demand for remodeling projects continued to grow, Daniel obtained his General Contractor's License and began building decks, completing whole-home renovations, kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions, and custom projects. In August 2020, we broke ground on our very first spec home. That milestone marked the beginning of what New Age Homes Co. has become today.
While Daniel oversaw construction, Kimberly took the lead on design. From cabinetry and flooring to paint colors and fixtures, she helps homeowners make selections that reflect their personal style while keeping each project cohesive from start to finish.
In 2020, Kimberly made the decision to leave her corporate career and join the business full-time. Together, we committed ourselves to building a company centered on quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and relationships that last well beyond closing day. She later earned her real estate license and became an affiliate broker with New Age Realty, allowing us to guide clients through every step of the building and buying process.
Today, New Age Homes Co. specializes in custom homes, kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions, and full-home renovations throughout the Upper Cumberland Region. Whether we're building from the ground up or transforming an existing home, we approach every project with the same attention to detail, integrity, and pride in our workmanship that started it all.
When we're not meeting with clients or out on a job site, there's a good chance you'll find us at a golf course cheering on our sons, Chase and Ethan. Family has always been at the heart of everything we do, and that same commitment carries into every home we build and every relationship we form with our clients.
